A vision
ex nihilo

Bordeaux's only viticultural creation of the 20th century, Château Haut Selve was born on a historic Graves terroir — destroyed by phylloxera and left as forest for one hundred and twenty years.

Created entirely from scratch on a great terroir of sandy and deep gravels, the estate embodies an ambition carried by the Lesgourgues family: to craft contemporary Grands Vins de Graves — wines in tune with their time.

Thirty-three years after its founding, the estate — committed to a sustainable approach to viticulture — holds the « Cultivons Demain » label. Guided by Derenoncourt Vignerons Consultants, each vintage is a conversation between tradition and innovation.
